The location is superb, just off the harbor. The staff displayed a cute attitude and escorted me directly to my room. I discovered a friendly ambiance in the bar. It was definitely enjoyable.
I could hear some noise from the pub activities in the morning, even though it was minimal.

i visited the pub with my family. we participated in the pub quiz. the staff were very nice and lovely. the location is perfect and the people are friendly.
the room was small compared to the average. the corridor had many flies. the windows did not close completely because flowers grew inside.

Aaron at reception were pretty good assisting me with late night food arrangements. He offered crisps and chocolate. he also gave useful advice about cornwall, which improved my trip a lot. the room was spacious and super clean, and the shower worked perfectly. i really appreciated the spacious room and super clean environment.
the lights went out during the night, it was difficult to navigate to the toilet in total darkness.

the hotel is close to the southwest coast path. the harbor is wonderful and nearby. this made exploring the area easy. the hotel's position offered convenient access to local attractions.

the staff were friendly and polite. aaron and jess were especially attentive and thoughtful. they were proactive in making sure my needs were met. their helpfulness added positively to my experience.
